Extended Christmas Returns

Any gift purchased between 29th November & 24th December can be returned up until January 24th 2021.

UK Customers

On the rare occasion that a piece is not what you were looking for, Starkey Jewellery guarantee a 28 day return period for all jewellery from the date of arrival. In order to initiate a refund, please contact us via email at contact@starkeyjewellery.com to receive return details. Items is returned within the 28 day period will receive a full refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and to show in your account.
Refunds are subject to the item being returned in it’s original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for broken, defected or lost items. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging to prevent this. We would recommend using a Royal Mail signed for service.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

International Customers
